Our success can in a large part be attributed to our employees. Investment in our people is paramount to Lattimer and our on site Training Academy ensures we are training and developing our people to have the high level of skill required to keep us ahead of the competition.
Lattimer has invested significantly in the latest CNC machine technology, ensuring our products are manufactured to the highest standards. Recent investments include a new CMM measuring facility to replace our previous equipment. This new facility will provide extra capacity and flexibility in the measuring of complex components and assemblies, as well as having the facility to provide customers with bespoke component measurement data if required.
Our relationships with our customers is an essential part of our ongoing product development. Challenging ourselves, listening, and responding to our customer’s requirements with innovative, practical and cost effective solutions ensures that we continue to be their supplier of choice.
