Lattimer

Dave joined Lattimer in March 1993 and initially gained experience working in several areas of the business. The knowledge he gathered during this time resulted in him accepting a role in Production Control, eventually holding the position of Operations Manager. His performance, hard work and dedication resulted with him being appointed to the position of Operations Director in April 2021 and in January 2024 he succeed Mark Hailwood as Managing Director of Lattimer.

Dave is an excellent example of someone who has taken the opportunities that arise to employees at Lattimer, employees who have the right ‘can do’ attitude and who deliver positive results.

Dave has lived in Liverpool all his life and has been married for 22 years, an incurable romantic he met his wife at high school and they have been together ever since. They have two daughters aged 21 and 15.

Spending time with his family and friends is important to Dave and the family regularly watch movies together or go the cinema. Dave is an avid Everton Football supporter and with his two daughters has been a season ticket holder for many years. He also has a passion for cooking and when not making the family delicious and creative meals, Sunday lunch being a particular favourite, he loves to eat out with his family.

Dave is respected and held in high regard by everyone in the Lattimer business, for his hard work, his commitment to his role and for his ability to deliver excellent results, Lattimer would not be quite the same without him.
