Neil Welsh

Neil is the Manufacturing Engineering Manager here at Lattimer and has worked here for 7 years. He progressed through the business into his current role initially starting as a machine setter. Neil’s operational responsibilities involve overseeing engineering projects, to ensure they are completed efficiently, correctly and on schedule. The department ensures that new products and improvements are delivered on time.

Outside of work Neil’s interests include running, cooking and DIY (unsuccessfully!). He’s a family man and most evenings and weekends are spent playing football with his son, taking his daughter horse riding and walking the dog.
